On July 03rd, 2025, the Ministry of Finance issued Integrated Document No. 08/VBHN-BTC combining Circular No. 51/2021/TT-BTC and Circular No. 20/2025/TT-BTC, providing guidance on the obligations of organizations and individuals in foreign investment activities on the Vietnamese securities market.
