On April 28^th, 2022, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC stipulating the collection rate, mode of collection, the payment, management and use of fees and charges in the securities field, replacing Circular 272/2016/TT-BTC. This Circular will be effective from July 1^st, 2022.

On May 6^th, 2022, the Ministry of Finance issued the Consolidation Document No. 09/VBHN-BTC consolidating Decree 156/2020/ND-CP regulating the penalties for administrative violations in the field of securities and the stock market and Decree 128/2021/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 156/2020/ND-CP.
