On December 31, 2021, the State Bank issued Circular 25/2021/TT-NHNN supplementing, amending certain articles of Circular 01/2015/TT-NHNN dated January 6, 2015 regulating the trading and supply of interest rate derivative products of commercial banks, branches of foreign banks. The Circular shall be effective on February 14, 2022.
