On November 10, 2021, the State Bank issued Circular 16/2021/TT-NHNN regulating the purchasing and selling corporate bonds of credit institutions, foreign banks’ branches, replacing Circular 22/2016/TT-NHNN and Circular 15/2018/TT-NHNN. This Circular will be effective since January 15th, 2022.

On November 18, 2021, the State Bank issued Circular 18/2021/TT-NHNN regulating the rediscounting of negotiable instruments between credit institutions, foreign bank branches. This Circular will be effective since January 7th, 2022.
