On November 30th, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 15/2022/TT-NHNN on refinancing on the basis of Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC)’s special bonds to replace the Circular No. 18/2015/TT-NHNN dated 22th October 2015. This Circular will be effective from January 17th, 2023.

On November 30th, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular No. 16/2022/TT-NHNN providing for the depository and use of valuable papers at the State Bank of Vietnam to replace the Circular No. 04/2016/TT-NHNN dated 15th April 2016. This Circular will be effective from January 17th, 2023.
