Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung is currently the Deputy General Director of Vietcombank and Chairman of Vietnam Bond Market Association. He received his Master degree of Economy at Paris Dauphine University, France.

Mr. Pham Phu Khoi

Mr. Pham Phu Khoi is an experienced investment banker, especially in Fixed Income Securities markets. He currently is Deputy CEO at VPBank - Head of Financial Markets. Prior to that, he was CEO at Asia Commercial Bank Securities. Before moving back to Vietnam, he worked in various key executive positions at international financial institutions: Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Head of Vietnam, Standard Chartered Bank Singapore, Barclays Capital Asia. He began his career at Vietnam Airlines in 1989 working in Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka, Tokyo, Berlin and Hanoi, where his last position was General Manager for Northeast Asia. Mr. Pham Phu Khoi has a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science, Economics Engineering, from the Civil Aviation Institute in Riga, Latvia. He also completed the International Executive Program at the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.

Mr. Pham Duc Tuan has had 27 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. He holds a Master Degree of Economics and is currently the Deputy General Director for Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank).

Ms. Pham Phuong Lan has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. She has worked for Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and currently, she is the Head of Treasury of BIDV. Her areas of responsibility include Trading and Sales of FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Financial and Commodity Derivatives, and Bond issuance... Ms. Lan holds Master of Commerce (Major in Banking) from University of New South Wales (Australia).

General Secretary

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh graduated the major of Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University. He used to hold key positions such as Deputy Director of Treasury and Monetary Business Department, General Director of BIDV International Hongkong, Director of Capital and Money Trading Department at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of VNDIRECT Securities Company. In addition, Mr. Quynh is one of the first founders of Vietnam Bond Market Forum in 2006 and Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA) in 2009. He has held the position of Secretary General of VBMA from 2009 to the present.
