On the afternoon of April 22, 2022, the Conference to develop a safe, transparent, efficient and sustainable capital market in order to stabilize the macro-economy and ensure major balances of the economy was held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Representative of VBMA attending the conference - Vice President of VBMA - Mr. Pham Phu Khoi had a presentation on "Improving the quality of goods to make the market transparent and protect investors".

The conference closed with an affirmation of the importance of capital markets in Vietnam. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also emphasized the non-criminalization of economic and civil relations with the view of guiding the development of the capital market consistently as follows:

Firstly, encourage and create all favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to participate in the market, operate in a healthy and efficient manner, and strictly comply with the provisions of the law.

Second, resolutely handle individuals and organizations intentionally violating regulations, group interests, taking illegal profits, and protect rights of investors and businesses that respect and comply with the law.

Third, take all necessary measures to stabilize and develop an open, transparent, safe, healthy and sustainable market, contributing to promoting socio-economic development that brings happiness and prosperity for the people.

The message given by the Government and the Prime Minister is: Making the market a clean and healthy environment, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the investor and business community, and putting the market on a fast, efficient and sustainable development trajectory.
