On March 31st, 2023, VBMA's representative attended a meeting with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the Draft Circular amending, supplementing a number of articles and suspension the effect of Clause 11, Article 4 Circular 16/2021/TT-NHNN dated 10 November 2021 of SBV Governor on corporate bond trading of credit institutions and branches of foreign banks.
