On May 7, 2019, VBMA cooperated with the State Securities Commission to organize the Workshop on the Draft of Securities Law. At the workshop, VBMA representatives summarized the comments of members and made comments on this draft. Experts at WB and Nomura Research Institute also commented and shared experiences of some countries on the process of issuing corporate bonds. The members of VBMA then contributed many comments and recommendations for the draft Law. Here are some photos at the workshop.
