On March 14th 2023, VBMA organized a meeting with Big4 Audit Firms (Deloitte, PwC, E&Y and KPMG) and VBMA Members on the obstacles in preration of audit report on the use of funds raised from the bond issuance adherence to Decision No. 65/2022/ND-CP in Hanoi.

Based on consolidating the opinions of 04 big4 audit firms and VBMA Members after the meeting, on March 20th , 2023, VBMA sent the Letter of Comment No. 0523/CV-HHTTTP to the Office of the Government, Ministry of Finance and State Bank of Vietnam on obstacles on the preparation of audit report on the use of funds raised from the bond issuance when implementing Decision No. 65/2022/ND-CP.
