The Ministry of Finance drafted a Decree to supplement and amend Decree No.153/2020/ND-CP dated December 31 2020 on prescribing private placement and trading of privately placed corporate bonds in domestic market and offering of corporate bonds in international market and asked for comments from market participants on this Decree.

VBMA collected comments from VBMA Members on this Draft Decree and organized a meeting to reach consensus amongst the members on these comments on December 21, 2021. After the meeting, VBMA sent an official Letter of comments on the draft Decree to the Ministry of Finance on December 27, 2021.
