Announcement about the Government Bond Auction on October 4th, 2023

On October 4th 2023, the State Treasury will call for auction VND 4,000 billion of Government bond, specifically as follow:

In the third quarter, the State Treasury issued VND 69,989 billion of Government bonds across various tenors from 5 to 30 years, completing about 63.6% of this quarter's plan of VND 110,000 billion.
Year to date, the State Treasury issued VND 249,881 billion of Government bonds across various tenors from 5 to 30 years, completing about 62.5% of this year’s plan of VND 400,000 billion.
Winning value of 10 and 15-year bond are the largest with VND 98,447 and VND 113,803 billion issued, respectively, accounting for 84.9% of the total value issued since the beginning of 2023. 5-year bond comes in third with VND 26,943 billion. The State Treasury has plans to raise VND 30,000 billion from 3-year bond this year but so far has not offered this tenor for bidding.
