On April 23rd, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 03/2023/TT-NHNN suspension the effect of Clause 11, Article 4 Circular 16/2021/TT-NHNN dated 10 November 2021 of SBV Governor on corporate bond trading of credit institutions and branches of foreign banks. This Circular will be effective from April 24th, 2023.
