On Sep 12-13, 2022, Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA) successfully organized Fixed Income Trading Techniques Training Course at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, 17 Le Duan Blvd, District 1, HCMC. This is the first training course held by VBMA after more than 2 years due to Covid 19 pandemic. Nearly 50 course participants are representatives of VBMA members, including insurance firms, fund management companies, securities companies, and banks.        

This intense training course of VBMA is held annually and aims at providing basic principles of bonds and keeping up with the best industry practices of trading of bond/bills in Vietnam for participants, including legal and operation issues and hedging solutions. Speakers of the training course offered by VBMA are leading local bond experts with a wealth of practical experience in Vietnam, namely Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son (Expert), Mr. Ngo Dang Khoa – HSBC, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh (Expert), Mr. Le Quang Trung – VIB, Ms. Duong Thi Nguyet – ACB and Bloomberg experts.

VBMA will continue to organize other training courses such as Corporate Bond issuance, Structured products, Bond valuation/pricing for VBMA members in the upcoming time.
