The State Treasury will pilot multi-price Government bond auctions with the 5-year bond. The multi-price auctions will take place every Wednesday with the expected offering volume of VND 1,000 - 2,000 billion/session. The auctions of the remaining tenors (7, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years) will still follow the uniform price method. This pilot implementation is expected to start from October 6, 2021.

Since the beginning of the year, the total issuing value of 5-year tenor bond is VND 19,848 billion (equivalent to 99% of the whole year plan). The total value of Government bonds issued at all tenors until now has reached 65% of the 2021 plan.
