On November 15th, 2022, the Ministry of Finance issued the Letter No. 11873/BTC-QLN and the Letter No. 11874/BTC-QLN confirming the guarantee obligation in the 2nd and 3rd Quarter of 2022 of the Bank for Social Policies. Since the beginning of the year, the Bank for Social Policies has issued VND 14,900 billion of Government-guaranteed bonds.
